Located in the heart of downtown New York, this beautiful loft in the middle of FiDi is perfect for your next event!
The loft is minimalist and bright with neutral tones.
High ceilings and open spaces create a sense of grandeur, while our lounge area provides intimate settings for smaller gatherings.
Flexible seating arrangements and modular furniture allow for a customizable layout:
Seated capacity: 24 people
Standing capacity: 60 people
The close proximity to major transportation hubs, including subway lines and ferry access, makes it highly convenient for our guests.

The space can be rented with or without catering options.
We do not offer kids birthday parties at the moment.
